The refundable security deposit is payable with a debit/credit card or your Paypal account a week before your arrival. We will thus either need your card details in order to take an authorisation or alternatively we will send you an invoice through Paypal.

We will process the refund of the deposit or the release of the authorisation on the day of your departure after checking that there is no damage to the property.

The amount of the damage deposit varies according to the property. Please refer to our policies.

Hay que pagar el depósito con una tarjeta bancaria a través de Paypal una semana antes de su llegada. Para hacerlo, le enviaremos una solicitud de pago.

Le reembolsaremos el depósito entero / liberaremos la autorización de pago con tarjeta de crédito el día de su salida si no se ha notado ningún desperfecto.
